We are recently producing a new TV show: “Intervenidos – Arte en Estado Público” (Intervened – Public Status Art). ¡Yeah!, a new format developed in conjunction with Carbono14 and in association with Instituto Cultural Bahía Blanca, emerged in the heart of the NAT-Sur audiovisual node.

Intervenidos is a cultural magazine TV format selected for Fábrica de TV of Programa Polos Audiovisuales Tecnológicos from Consejo Asesor del Sistema Argentino de TV Digital Abierta, depending on Ministerio de Planificación Federal, Inversión Pública y Servicios.

The show centers in the performing artistic interventions at public spaces of our city by means of proposals that combine the action of artists and site neighbours.
These actions prove valuable not only because the transformation that operate in public spaces for the whole community, but also by the process that leads to them, which investigates the history of the sector in which the site to intervene is emplaced. Through chats with neighbors and open instances of discussion for defining the type of action to take, so it will not result foreign and operate a positive transformation of the place, and enhance it.

Be aware, the first chapters of the season are coming to your screens.

Vientros is already attending together with the Bahía Blanca Node (NAT-Sur) to Primer Encuentro Latinoamericano de Telecomunicaciones, Cultura e Inclusión Digital “Patria Grande Conectada” (First Latinamerican Digital- Telecommunications, Culture and Inclusion Summit “Patria Grande Conectada”), from 19th to 21st March, 2012 at Tecnolopolis fair complex.

One objective of the event is to call to the different social actors, bringing about the participative dialogue and the representativity of every sector involved in this democratic process based on federal pluralism.

Inside this summit is also taking place the 5th Consultive Forum on Argentinian System of Terrestrial Digital Television, the 2nd Telecommunications Forum “Argentina Conectada”, and the First “Igualdad Cultural” Forum.

The Bahia Blanca participation in the event includes a delegation formed by 5 members of the local node that will attend to conferences, workshops and workgroups together with other nodes from the rest of Argentina, in the context of new Technologies of Information and Communications and the technological, digital and cultural inclusion; as a new instrumentación of the Programa Polos Audiovisuales Tecnológicos in the wake of strengthen contents production capacities for the Digital TV.

We’ve finally arrived to an end in our first experience with animated series production.

It was a great time while working on every stage of the production -yet on scripting, sketching, rigging, animating, producing the titles, watching animatics, editing, composing the music, producing the sound, making vfx, compositing or rendering- and we are plenty of satisfaction with this first work. We will be, obviously, keeping an in-depth eye to thousands of details and mistakes we’ve done to advance, in the near future, with the next chapter of Lado V Animated Series.

Vientros is actually involved and deeply engaged in the foundation of the Nodo Audiovisual Tecnológico Bahía Blanca. We will be strongly supporting every step of this critical stage.

The Nodo Audiovisual Tecnológico (NAT) Sur, belonging to Polo Audiovisual Tecnológico (PAT) Provincia de Buenos Aires, from the DEVELOPMENT OF THE AUDIOVISUAL TECHNOLOGICAL POLES SUBPROGRAMM FROM CONSEJO ASESOR DE LA TV DIGITAL, is currently calling for every institution, through its representatives, to participate of the NAT Bahía Blanca Constitutive Summit, dated on 29th November 2011, in UNS Rector Building, Av. Colón 80. From 10.30hs to 13.30hs.

The Buenos Aires Technological & Audiovisual Pole has a specific objective, among others:

To promote the development of a self-sustaining and federal audiovisual sector, through an associative praxis, of collaboration and interchange.

As you can see, we’ve working in a new animated series, made in 3D. At the moment you can call it “Lado V”.
Right now we have finished the preproduction scheme and many other things will appear the next week.

You can see what we did for the USB Expo (1st Technology, Design, Science & Innovation Expo of the Province of Buenos Aires – Una Sola Bahía) in 3 different sectors:

• At the entry of Ciudad Pavilion we developed the V Totems, with interactive animations for guiding the visitor in his arrival to the expo.
• In Bahía del Ambiente we developed an innovative room for interpretation of some birds from the regional autochthonous fauna, an auditive memory exercise with 3D projections of the birds.
• In Bahía Internacional we accompanied the Polo Tecnológico Bahía Blanca, generating an institutional video for the USB expo.

Vientros Multimedia was selected as a winning project, after overcoming all levels of assessment, in the Capital Semilla Program from Ministry of Small and Medium Business and Regional Development (SEPYME) and the National Ministry of Industry.

“We positively assessed the project’s characteristics and its integrity, the skills of the team to carry it forward and the positive impact it will have on the community”

said Pablo del Valle, national coordinator of SEPYME and the National Ministry of Industry.

The project is focused in the birth and growth of a 3D, Postproduction, VFX and Animation services based company.

The grant was awarded for participation in the Program of Strategic Management and Growth of SMEs 2011 in Bahía Blanca.

This program is organized within the framework of Dynamic Entrepreneurship in  Argentina of Inter-American Development Bank (BID) and the Department of Economics at the UNS together with the Global Business Foundation (FEG).

For the program, Vientros focused on the areas of 3D, Animation, VFX and Postproduction of the company.
